Known and loved for its moisturising powers, beeswax has been used in cosmetics for over 2,000 years! We’re all about respecting the natural rhythm of the bees. Our wild-harvested Community Trade beeswax is sourced from northern Cameroon, where the beekeepers are keeping traditional sustainable beekeeping techniques alive.
ENRICH OUR PEOPLE
The beekeepers sustainably harvest honey and beeswax from hives in the wild forest, just as they have done for centuries. Their beeswax is pure and free from pesticides, and certified organic by the Soil Association.
ENRICH OUR PLANET
Our aloe plants are cultivated on organically-certified land, close to three precious rainforest biosphere reserves. Earning a sustainable income from aloe farming reduces the need for the community to chop down trees and compromise local resources.
