Order Payment

1. The service is available for delivery at selected stores nationwide.
2. This service is available from Mon-Sun 09am to 8pm
3. Orders received before 7pm can be collected on the same day.
4. Orders will be reserved until next day collection. Orders need to be collected by 7pm.
5. Charges will be made on products that are available at the time of order.
6. LYB vouchers can be applied.
7. Full payment must be made upon collection of order.
8. Orders can be picked-up directly from the selected store.
9. Customers need to inform the store of the pick-up location in the mall, for collection via drive-through.

Order Payment

1. The service is available for delivery at The Body Shop Cambodia Store.
2. This service is available from Mon-Sat 09am to 6pm
3. Order received from bank transfer before 10am can be deliver the same day. ( Phnom Penh)
4. Order received from bank transfer after 10am can be deliver the next day. ( Phnom Penh)
5. Orders received and delivery within 3days – 5days. (province)
6. Make bank transfer to the official representative bank account of The Body Shop Cambodia as below information:

   Bank name: ABA BANK
   Bank branch: National Bank of Canada Group
7. Customer must provide the bank-in/transfer slip for verification.
8. Please expect a slight delay in delivery due to large volume of orders and/or bad weather.
9. Customer is not allowed to change the delivery address, once the order and payment is made.
10. Customer must be available to receive the product(s) at the address provided.
11. If the customer is not personally available to accept the delivery, a representative may accept the product(s) on behalf of the customer, provided the said representative is appointed by the customer to receive the delivery.
12. Availability to use Nham24 shipping service in Phnom Penh (at the cost paid by customer)
13. If customer in Phnom Penh want the products immediately after payment. Staff need to explains to customer politely about the delivery process. In case they still not agree with our process, pls booking NHAM24 to deliver to customer. * Noted: Customer will pay for delivery service.
14. Any discrepancy upon receiving the product(s) must be notified to our consultant immediately
