How do I get a Love Your Body™ Club Membership?
Simply purchase KHR200,000 and above in a single receipt and you will be eligible for the Love Your Body™ Club membership. Present your ID Card and we will process your membership immediately. It’s that easy!
Why do you need my ID Card?
ID Card is presented at the point of registration to capture member’s information: Name, ID number, Address and Gender – to be stored in our system. Your ID number will be your membership number.
How do I accumulate points?
Present your ID Card each time you make a purchase to accumulate points in your membership. 1 point = KHR10,000 spent at The Body Shop. Points have a validity period of 6 months from join date.
What is a Discount Voucher?
When you spend KHR250,000, a reward voucher worth is automatically printed in your receipt, which is eligible to use immediately on your next purchase. The voucher is valid for 3 months from issuance.
When can I use the Reward Voucher and what are the conditions?
You can use it right away after it's issued on your next purchase. The redemption is on any full price item in The Body Shop stores. 1 voucher has to be used in 1 single transaction. Should there be unused balance, the balance is not able to be returned in any method.
Where can I check the expiry date of my Love Your Body™ Club points accumulated?
You may check the expiry date of your points at any of The Body Shop stores. Kindly present your ID card for verification of your member ID. Your total accumulated points are also shown at the bottom of your receipt each time you make a purchase.
What is the qualifier for renewal of membership?
Spend KHR400,000 in 12 months at The Body Shop to renew your membership to the next cycle.
